We currently hold the following approvals.

• UKAS ISO 9001:2015.
• UKAS AS9100 Rev D (in accordance with the requirements of AS9104).
• NADCAP AC7116/3 Rev B for EDM.

And the following company approvals:

Heidelberg , VW, Audi, Goodrich, Safran Landing Systems, Dowty Propellers, Dowty Propellers and Overhaul, Messier Dowty,, GE Aviation, Triumph Actuation Systems.

Quality Assurance  

We value high quality throughout all our business from manufacturing, service and aftercare. We have over 500+ clients from around the world, many of which have returned time and time again thanks to our high quality offering.

S & J Enterprise is an ISO 9001:2015 registered company. We have been ISO registered since 1995. We apply all the aspects of this approval to our complete offering from placing your order right the way through to the end product that you receive.

To ensure this, we emphasise quality throughout each step of our manufacturing process. This allows us to be as efficient as possible so that we are able to offer a competitive price to our customers.

Manufacturing

Our main goal in production is to manufacture high-quality products with high productivity. This is guaranteed by three main factors: our people, our working practices and our processes.

We are continually investing in state of the art plant and equipment to maintain and improve our quality and to keep our competitive edge, and offer the latest techniques in production.

In each process of manufacturing, strict quality checks are performed at vital production points. These are essential components of the process route that we establish at S & J Enterprise.

Inspection

First Class inspection service is offered using our state of the art inspection equipment.

FAIR and Inspection reports can be submitted with parts

CMM reports and Gear Analytics Reports (Gear Trace Graphs) can be issued with parts

  

Service and Aftercare

We continue high levels of quality through to our service and aftercare too.

When any part is ordered the necessary paperwork, job cards and inspection criteria are printed and issued with a unique job number. This number is then the key for all progressing, raising purchase orders, right through to final dispatching and invoicing.

Job cards are kept as a permanent record of that parts manufacture. If you require a repeat order then the details can be found and quickly assessed to enable commencement of production. This extensive inspection standard enables us to provide higher quality products than other gear manufacturers.
